    It seems they don't like walk ins for face trims. I'll never go back. I found an awesome groomer who let's me stay with my dog.

    Excellent pet supply store. The groomers (Kelsey) is a true master at her craft! Highly recommend the grooming crew!!!!

    I am very distressed! It is 5 days since my shitzu bisson was groomed and he was shaved so close to the skin he had razor burn in a number of places and has been in pain. There is something wrong with his tail and I asked what had happened when we left as he was trying to reach his behind. I asked if they had injured him or dropped him. When I got home I phoned them. No this is normal they said. Nothing like this has ever happened with other groomers. Tomorrow I will take him in to my vet. He is just laying down not playing as his his usual nature.
